Contact the Editorial Desk
How to reach the independent editors who review HFM for readers in Pakistan, and where to go for everything the site does not handle.
Partner demo accountEditorial Enquiries
A reader recently wrote to ask why a review of HFM mentioned overnight financing charges but did not explain how those charges are calculated on a specific position size. That is a fair question, and it is the kind of question the editors exist to answer. The desk reads and replies to messages about the substance of the reviews: how a conclusion was reached, which documents or public disclosures were relied on, why one feature of the broker was weighted more heavily than another, and when a page was last revised.
If you believe a statement on this site is out of date because the broker has changed its terms, its platform, or its published fee schedule, write in and point to the specific passage. The editors will check the current position and correct the page where a correction is due. Corrections are noted on the page itself rather than quietly removed.
The desk does not answer questions about opening an account, funding a balance, verifying identity, withdrawing funds, or the status of an individual trade. Those matters belong to the broker, and the next section explains where to take them.
Press and Partnerships
Journalists, researchers and publishers who wish to quote from the site, request a comment, or ask about the editorial method should use the contact form on this site and mark the message as a press enquiry. The editors will confirm whether a passage may be quoted and how it should be attributed.
Partnership proposals are read, but the range of what can be accepted is narrow. The site does not sell placement in reviews, does not accept payment for a favourable conclusion, and does not enter arrangements that would give any broker influence over what is published. Advertising or sponsorship enquiries that would compromise that position are declined.
Anyone proposing a commercial arrangement should say plainly what is being proposed and what would be expected of the editors. A clear proposal receives a clear answer, even when the answer is no.
Broker Support
This site is not HFM. It is an independent editorial resource that reviews the broker for readers in Pakistan. It does not hold client funds, does not open accounts, does not process deposits or withdrawals, and cannot act on any account.
If you need help with an account, a login, a deposit, a withdrawal, a verification document or a complaint about a trade, contact the broker directly through the support channels published on its own website or in the documents you received when you registered. The editors cannot forward messages, escalate cases, or intervene in a dispute between a client and the broker.
Messages sent here about an individual account will not be passed on, because the site has no route to do so and no authority over the broker's decisions.
Complaints and Languages
Complaints about this site are handled by the editors themselves. If you believe a review is inaccurate, unfair, or has omitted something material, describe the passage and the reason in the contact form on this site. Each complaint is read, checked against the source material, and answered. Where the editors got something wrong, the page is amended and the change is recorded. Where the complaint is not upheld, the reasoning is explained.
The desk reads English and Urdu. Correspondence in either language is acceptable, and replies are sent in the language of the original message where possible. Readers writing in other languages are asked to use English so that the message can be handled without delay.
Response times vary with volume. Substantive editorial questions and correction requests are prioritised over general messages, and every message that identifies a specific page and a specific point receives a reply.
